2X Professional Grade Dual Head Makergear M2 printers

Max Volume - 200 mm (8") x 250 mm (10") x 200 mm (8")

Heated bed - Up to 120°C

Resolution - 50 micron (0.002") Be aware there is more to print quality than just resolution!

Materials available - PLA, PLA+, ABS, ABS+, HIPS, Nylon, Polycarbonate, TPU, PETG, and more.

-Designing a unique item for you in CAD then sending you the product

-Injection Mold testing and compatibility (thinking of getting an injection mold of a component?  3D Printing a sample is a no-brainer.  You can't injection mold a perfect 4 sided square, it must be slightly tapered?  Did you know injection molding a component with slight radius corners is substantially cheaper than sharp corners.  A 3D printout of your item will allow you to verify that your expensive injection mold (purchased at a different injection molding company) will work out the first time.

The cost depends on many factors, and we aim to get you the lowest price possible.  We have advanced software that allows us to calculate the precise cost to print the part, with no guesswork.  That means that regardless which 3D printing company you select, you can count on Steve's LEDs to have the highest quality at the lowest price.  Our printers work 24/7 to get you your products very quickly.
