In most cases, it is embarassing to admit that we cause our system to stop working. That is why we maintain a don't ask, don't tell policy. When we receive a Steve's LEDs built system in the mail for repair, it is repaired and returned, with no questions asked, no RMA required. You will receive an email from us asking what is not working, and let you know how much it will cost to get it repaired - in most cases, less than you might think.
